Mikko Savela is an experienced professional in the fields of employee experience, talent management, and rewarding, currently serving as Vice President of Performance and Rewards at Kalmar since May 2024. Mikko’s educational background includes a Master’s degree from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and a Bachelor’s degree in Paper Technology from Tampere Polytechnic.
