Francisco Cruz has extensive experience in software development and quality assurance. Francisco started their career in 2015 as a Software Development Engineer at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., where they gained proficiency in coding using C#, ASP.NET, WCF, and web services. Francisco also utilized CSS, HTML, and Bootstrap to design responsive user interfaces. In 2019, Francisco joined West Point Insurance Services as a QA Automation Engineer/Software Engineer. Here, they developed enhancements to web applications, console applications, and automation scripts using various languages such as C#, VB.NET, Classic ASP, DotNetCore, MVC4, and Selenium. Francisco also focused on the creation and maintenance of SQL Stored Procedures. Currently, Francisco is working at Kalkomey Enterprises, LLC as a QA Automation Engineer, where they continue to apply their skills in automation testing.

Francisco Cruz completed an Associate's Degree in Computer Programming from Southwestern Illinois College in the academic year 2014-2015. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Biology, General, also from Southwestern Illinois College.
