Jill Szymanski's work experience includes a range of roles in real estate development and consulting. Jill has held positions such as Vice President of Sales at Kalibrate, President of SZY Consulting, Vice President of Real Estate Development at Drive Shack Inc., and National Real Estate Manager at McDonald's. Jill has also worked as the Director of Franchise and Real Estate at Bar Louie, Director of Real Estate at TITLE Boxing Club, and Director of Real Estate and Franchise Development at Applebee's International. Prior to these roles, they owned and operated a restaurant and worked as a Real Estate Asset Manager at AmeriKing and as a National Accounts Manager at First Industrial Realty Trust.

Jill Szymanski holds a Master of Science degree in Finance-Real Estate from Louisiana State University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
