Ken R. is an accomplished Account Manager with a strong background in business development and relationship management. Currently at Qual IT Resources since January 2021, Ken focuses on grassroots initiatives to provide scalable workforce solutions. Previously at Aerotek from February 2018 to November 2020, Ken earned recognition as a Contest award-winning recruiter and was a two-time Recruiter of the Year. Early experience includes a role as Assistant and Pitching Coach with the Cincinnati Flames from June 2016 to July 2017. Ken holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with dual concentrations in Sports & Entertainment Marketing and Finance from Thomas More University, completed in 2017, and a High School Diploma from LaSalle High School, earned in 2013.
