Caitlin Watson has extensive experience in the mental health and research sectors, currently serving as Clinical Coordinator and Direct Support Provider at Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. since July 2015. Previously, Caitlin held positions as a Research Assistant at The Catholic University of America, where responsibilities included examining literature on immigrant and bilingual children and contributing to a study with CentroNia on early intervention programs. Additionally, Caitlin completed an internship at Adolescent Advocates, focused on outpatient services for adolescents with mental health issues, and participated in earlier research projects at The Catholic University of America. Caitlin earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Catholic University of America, having previously attended Bishop Shanahan High School.
