Christopher (Kip) Young is the President and CEO of KalBlue Group, having served in this role since March 1994. Under Kip Young's leadership, the company evolved from a traditional reprographics business to a comprehensive visual communications provider, offering services such as website design and digital print on demand. Previously, Kip Young held positions at KalBlue including Vice President, where a wide format color print division focused on corporate communications was established and rebranded as Full Blown Color, and General Manager, overseeing production operations. Kip Young's career began at SMI as an Art Director, managing graphic layout and production for wallpaper and fabric sample books. Kip Young holds an Associate of Arts degree in CAD and Graphic Design from Glen Oaks Community College, completed between 1988 and 1990.
