Terrell Cole currently serves as Deputy County Administrator for Kalamazoo County Government, a position held since January 2023, where responsibilities include assisting the County Administrator with the implementation of Board of Commissioner goals, providing leadership across various departments, and facilitating governance. Prior to this role, Terrell Cole worked for the City of Cleveland from January 2001 to January 2023, holding several positions such as Deputy Commissioner of Water Pollution Control, Deputy Chief of Operations/Project Manager for IT and Operations, and Manager of Communications, with a focus on executive management, sewer and stormwater management, oversight of multiple departments, and enhancing outreach capabilities. Terrell Cole earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Michigan from 1993 to 1998.
