Joseph Fleish has extensive experience in sales, operations management, and supervision across various sectors. Currently serving as an Inside Sales representative at Kala Brand Music Company since November 2018, Joseph previously held the position of Operations Manager at SoFi from October 2015 to February 2018, where a focus was placed on innovative lending solutions and member success. Prior to that, as a Sales Manager at REI from February 2005 to October 2015, Joseph was responsible for driving sales, team development, and customer service. Joseph's earlier career includes roles such as Residential Supervisor at the Rutherford County Adult Activity Center, Supervisor at the Mid Cumberland Human Resource Agency, and Resident Counselor at Cedar Grove Residential Treatment Center, emphasizing a commitment to community service and support for underprivileged individuals.
