Zohreh Fallah is an experienced analyst specializing in Human Resources and People Analytics, currently working at KalTire since January 2022. Previously, Zohreh was an Analyst in the People Analytics team at ATCO Group, focusing on data analysis and reporting to support decision-making by HR stakeholders. Zohreh has also held various academic positions at the University of Calgary, including roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant, and gained experience as a Research Engineer with BioLargo Water, Inc. Additionally, Zohreh worked as a Marketing Associate at USANA Health Sciences and completed an internship as a Research Analyst at Amirkabir Paint Research Institute. Zohreh holds a Master of Science and a Master of Engineering in Chemical and Environmental Engineering from the University of Calgary, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Polymer Industries Engineering from SRBIAU. Currently pursuing further education at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Zohreh continues to build expertise in related fields.
