Prior experience includes serving as an Account Executive at Recruit Co., Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed advertising sales, client consulting, marketing, and customer success for condominium developers in Tokyo. Masahiko has also held various roles at ABB, including Account Executive, Product Manager, Project Manager, and Sales Business Developer in the Power Grid, Power Distribution, and Solar divisions. Early career experiences include internships at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and JGC, focusing on energy policy and technical documentation in the power sector. Masahiko holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tohoku University and has participated in the Sustainable Society course at INSA Lyon and the Ship for World Youth program.
