Nishat Farhin Islam is an experienced Contracts Manager at Kajima since July 2014, overseeing contract preparation and negotiation, claims for additional works, risk assessments for significant tenders, and dispute resolutions for regional projects. In this role, Nishat has led the digitalization of procurement operations, enhancing productivity through a new Procurement & Contracts Management System. Prior experience includes a Civil Engineer role at THAI KAJIMA CO.,LTD., focusing on site management and project monitoring, as well as assistantships at the Asian Institute of Technology, contributing to restoration works and supporting PhD candidates with technical paper preparation. Nishat holds a Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering & Infrastructure Management from the Asian Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Dr MGR Educational and Research Institute.
