Joshua Goss has a diverse background in software engineering and technical support. Joshua most recently worked at Kajabi, starting in October 2020 as a Technical Product Support Specialist. In this role, they provided support to 80-100 customers per week, achieved a 100% satisfaction rate, and became a subject matter expert in various topics. Joshua also assisted fellow support agents, coached new agents, and conducted shadowing sessions. Prior to this, Joshua worked as a Solutions Advisor, where they focused on answering prospect inquiries and utilizing transparency and trust to sell lifetime customers. Joshua also has experience as an Associate Software Engineer and a Customer Support Specialist at Kajabi. Before joining Kajabi, Joshua completed a General Assembly Software Engineering Fellowship, where they developed web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Node, Git, GitHub, Express, MongoDB, React, and PostgreSQL.
