Tamer Onder is a seasoned data professional currently serving as Chief Data Officer and Senior Data Scientist & Regulatory Reporting Consultant at Kaizen since February 2014. In this role, Tamer specializes in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, particularly those set by the FCA, by implementing control frameworks and performing data forensics to enhance reporting accuracy. Prior to this, Tamer worked as a Database Marketing Assistant at dm-IT Enterprise Solutions from October 2007 to February 2014, focusing on data manipulation and cleansing for direct marketing campaigns, which fostered strong time management and multi-tasking skills. Tamer also gained valuable experience during an industrial placement within the Electricity, Gas and Coal Statistics Team at the Department of Energy and Climate Change, where responsibilities included data management and publication production. Tamer holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Brighton, completed in 2012.
