Chetan Shah serves as the Managing Director of Business Development at Kaizen Analytix since August 2023 and as a Consultant to the Board of Directors at Xytech Systems since May 2023, where valuable insights are provided to align products and services with market needs. Prior to these roles, Chetan held various leadership positions at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, spanning from November 2006 to May 2023, including Vice President of Business Services and Data Insights for NBC Sports Group, where responsibility included enhancing processes and executing product strategies. Additional accomplishments at NBCUniversal include developing the One Ad Sales platform and overseeing the Ad Sales and Operations Technology as well as Director of Sales Fulfillment Technology, emphasizing system stabilization and operational efficiency. Chetan holds a Master of Science in Information and Organization Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, earned in May 1988.
