VC has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They started their career as a Research Associate at ICFAI Center for Management Research, where they developed business case studies and devised alternative solutions for real-time business issues. They then worked as a Research Assistant at Dept. of ISDS, LSU, focusing on analyzing the impact of e-commerce service quality on consumer purchase decisions and assisting in research on Supply Chain Management.

VC then joined Deloitte, Canada as a Senior Management Consultant, where they worked on various projects, including designing end-to-end processes for a Fortune 500 technology company and successfully delivering finance enhancements for a public-sector client. They later transitioned to EY, where they held the position of Senior Manager/VP, leading performance improvement, AI/analytics, and rapid value creation engagements.

After gaining extensive consulting experience, VC co-founded a boutique consulting firm consortium called Digitial Shift. They served as a Partner, Co-Founder, and Investor, advising on digital-driven value creation and delivering transformative digital strategies for clients, including PE/Pension funds and start-ups.

VC also had significant experience at Ockham Labs, where they held multiple roles such as Executive Advisor and Consultant, Interim Head of Product/Squad Lead, and Managing Partner. They were responsible for leading and executing strategic value creation programs, managing global teams, and driving cost optimization initiatives.

Currently, VC is working at Knorket.AI as the Chief Orchestrator, leading the development and activation of petabyte-scale data lakes/data warehouses through Data and AI/Insight products. They also previously served as an Investor/Chief Explorer, experimenting with the platform to enhance insight and analytics solutions.

Throughout their career, VC has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in areas like digital transformation, finance transformation, and performance improvement. They have a track record of successfully driving major transformations and delivering significant cost savings for organizations they have worked with.

Venkat Chandra, also known as "VC," holds a Master's degree in AI, Quant Finance, Economics, and Tech Innovation from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University. Prior to this, they received a Master's degree in Decision Sciences from Louisiana State University, specializing in Consumer Economic Decision drivers in Digital Stores, with a particular focus on an Amazon case study. In addition to their formal education, VC has obtained a number of certifications, including "Becoming an AI-First Product Leader" from LinkedIn, "Certified Financial Manager" from the Certified Financial Manager (CFM) institution, and "Certified Management Accountant" from the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) institution.
