Tulika Saksena serves as the Program, Engagement and Delivery Leader at Kaiser Permanente, focusing on the advancement of award-winning healthcare products through data-based analytics. With extensive experience in Agile methodologies, Tulika has held positions such as Sr. IT Consultant and Release Train Engineer in the Telehealth portfolio, and previous roles at Cognizant, Esurance, and Insurance Auto Auctions, where expertise in Agile adoption, project management, and team productivity enhancement was demonstrated. As part of Tulika's early career, project management roles were undertaken at Tata Consultancy Services, managing complex delivery projects for Walgreens, as well as resource management roles at Enterprise Solutions Inc., Everest Consulting Group, and Nexeon. Tulika holds a certification in Digital Transformation from the University of California, Berkeley, and a management diploma in Hospitality and Tourism from the University of Mumbai, complemented by a BA in Psychology from the same institution.
