Thalia DeWolf is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Sonoma State University and additional educational credentials from San Francisco State University. Thalia currently serves as a Staff Nurse II in Palliative Care at Kaiser Permanente since July 2023. Prior to this role, Thalia worked at HealthFlex Home Health & Hospice as a Palliative Care Nurse and at Sutter Health as a Hospital Liaison. Thalia's extensive experience includes various roles such as Hospice Nurse and RN Clinical Practice Manager/Case Manager, focusing on end-of-life care, case management, and patient advocacy in multiple healthcare settings. Throughout the career, Thalia has demonstrated a commitment to providing compassionate care for terminally ill patients and their families.
