Rajesh Bhabu is a seasoned professional in the field of Identity and Access Management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Director at Kaiser Permanente since May 2012, Rajesh has held multiple key positions including Director of Cyber Security and Manager of Identity & Access Management Engineering, overseeing solution architecture and managing teams for various IAM technologies. Prior to this, Rajesh spent six years at Oracle Corporation as a Principal Member of Technical Staff, where responsibilities included architecting infrastructure components for Oracle Identity Manager. Early career experience includes roles as a Technology Consultant from April 2000 to November 2006, providing Java/J2EE solutions for Fortune 500 companies, and a Member of Technical Staff at Acsys Software, where development focused on the mutual fund industry. Rajesh holds a Master of Engineering in Power System Engineering from Annamalai University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Madras.
