Jorge A. serves as a Consultant II at Kaiser Permanente since June 2019, focusing on Health Equity, Community Engagement, Workforce Equity, and EID Strategy, and leading initiatives to address racial health disparities in vaccinations. Previously, as a Project Analyst, Jorge designed and implemented ambulatory care strategies to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction across multiple regions. An earlier role as an Administrative Intern involved collaboration on patient outreach and process improvements for the Eye Monitoring Center. Jorge's experience began as a Tutor at Top Education Institute and a Fiber Optics Apprentice at Fibertel Communications Inc. Currently pursuing an MBA at California State University, Long Beach, Jorge also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
