Gillian H. Pineda, PharmD, MBA, BCPS, has extensive experience in pharmacy management and education, currently serving as Area Pharmacy Director at Kaiser Permanente since July 2010. Pineda has held various leadership roles within Kaiser Permanente, including Clinical Pharmacy Director and Pharmacy Residency Program Director. Additionally, Pineda contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the University of the Pacific and previously served as an Assistant Clinical Professor at UCSF. Prior clinical experience includes roles at Community Medical Centers and CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, as well as earlier internships at Walgreens and Target. Pineda holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Southern California, an MBA from California State University, Fresno, and a Bachelor of Science degree from UC Irvine.
