Bahareh Seifikabir has extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the healthcare and banking industries. Bahareh is currently serving as the Head of Healthcare Technology Services at Kaiser Permanente, where they have established and overseen the execution of a regulatory portfolio with a significant budget. Prior to this, they worked at USAA as the Director of Regulatory Bank Risk Programs, where they successfully implemented oversight and quality control processes to mitigate risk. Additionally, Bahareh spent several years at Wells Fargo as a Vice President and Senior Finance and Risk Leader, where they were responsible for the development and implementation of conduct and compliance risk programs. Overall, they have a proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving efficiency within organizations.

Bahareh Seifikabir has a strong educational background with a focus on business administration and psychology. Bahareh obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of California, Riverside, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Neuroscience from the same university between 1993 and 2010.

Aside from their university education, Bahareh also pursued additional certifications to enhance their skill set.
