Jim Champion serves as a Maintenance Reliability Lead at Kaiser Aluminum since September 2023, previously holding the same title at Norsk Hydro from May 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various electrical and mechanical systems. Prior to this, Jim Champion worked at Arconic from September 1996 to May 2021 as an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Planner, overseeing emergency repairs and prioritizing preventative maintenance across the manufacturing facility. Expertise includes VFD and PLC programming, as well as a strong background in industrial electrical maintenance and system diagnostics.
