Shih Chieh Hsia is an experienced product manager currently employed at KaiOS Technologies, Inc. since February 2019, overseeing backend service features and managing partnerships while translating product strategies into requirements. Prior to this, Shih Chieh served as a Principal Engineer at HTC from September 2011 to January 2019, where responsibilities included managing a global Network Operations Center (NOC) team and service deployment using AWS infrastructure. Shih Chieh also held roles as Lead NOC Engineer and Senior System Engineer at HTC, contributing to team building, troubleshooting system failures, and service delivery. Before HTC, Shih Chieh worked as a System Engineer at NEC from June 2006 to September 2011, focusing on storage and system planning along with implementation support. Shih Chieh holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Melbourne.
