Previously, Scott worked at Hotels & Resorts of Halekulani from December 2015 to February 2023, progressing from Human Resources Administrative Assistant to Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included safety oversight, benefits administration, and employee communication via newsletters. Scott's experience also encompasses HR roles at Remedy Intelligent Staffing and the City and County of Honolulu, alongside an extensive background in student assistance and event coordination during educational endeavors.
