Gagan Mehta possesses extensive experience in IT service management, with a current role as SDM & Head of Delivery for AMS at Kagool since January 2022. Gagan has successfully implemented ITIL framework principles and contributed significantly to expanding AMS as a Line of Business in collaboration with leadership. Prior to Kagool, Gagan spent over thirteen years at HCL Technologies in various capacities, including SAP Service Manager, where a focus on process optimization and performance metrics enhanced service delivery standards, and Lead SAP Enterprise Portal Consultant, overseeing critical upgrades and projects. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Punjab Technical University.
