Rachel Steffen is an experienced educator and coach with a diverse background in teaching and curriculum development. Currently a 2nd Grade Teacher at Smithville Public School since August 2015, Rachel creates engaging and collaborative lessons to foster a love of learning. In addition to teaching, Rachel serves as a Kagan Cooperative Learning Coach and has maintained a blog, "Running Rachel," since June 2010, where personal stories about motherhood, fitness, and product reviews are shared. Rachel has also held ambassador roles with Polar Electro Oy, Fitfluential, LLC, and FitApproach, showcasing a commitment to health and fitness. Prior teaching positions include serving as a Home School Teacher and as a 6th Grade Math and Science Teacher, among others. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Missouri State University and is pursuing a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction at Northwest Missouri State University.
