Hathal Alutaibi is an experienced professional in asset management and real estate investments, currently serving as the Head of Asset Management Local Real Estate Investments Division at the Public Investment Fund since September 2022. Alutaibi holds multiple board memberships, including at KAFD, the Saudi Railway Company, and Tamimi Markets, among others. Previous roles include CEO and Board Member at Alandalus Property Company, and various senior positions within the organization from June 2008 to August 2022. Alutaibi's career also includes experience at Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group and Almarai, further complemented by a solid educational background with a BSc in Marketing from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, an MBA in Finance from King Saud University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the University of Leicester.
