Benjamin Lai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and engineering solutions. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Transformation at Kaer since March 2019, Benjamin has previously held various leadership roles within the company, including Director of Asset Development and General Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Business Development Director at Cofely South East Asia Pte Ltd and multiple director-level positions at Kaer Pte Ltd and Carrier HVAC. Benjamin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Malaya. Benjamin is a registered energy auditor with qualifications such as QuESS, SCEM, and BCA-registered certifications.
