Nate Peltonen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and merchandising across various companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Create CX since September 2024, and as Co-Founder of Kadet Golf since August 2023, Nate has demonstrated leadership in the retail sector. Prior roles include DMM of Mens at Madewell, Merchandise Manager and Senior Merchant at Everlane, and various merchandising positions at Bonobos, including Senior Merchandising Associate. Nate's early career includes positions at Sherwin Williams as a Sales Associate and a Business Development Intern at M3 Insurance. Educated at Augsburg University and Marian University of Fond du Lac, Nate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
