Kenny Leathers has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Kenny is currently the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Kadant. Prior to that, they worked at Eaton for 10 years, serving as the Director of OEM Sales - Central Region. In this role, they led a diverse sales team and oversaw key channel partners and distributor relationships. Earlier in their career, Kenny was the General Manager at Honeywell International, where they spearheaded strategic development and managed day-to-day operations. Before that, they worked as a Senior Account Manager at Honeywell, where they successfully developed a new territory in Ohio and built strong client relationships. Kenny also has a strong background in sales and operations as the General Manager at PREMIER System Integrators, where they bootstrapped two new office operations and implemented operating procedures.
Kenny Leathers holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from The University of Memphis. In June 2021, they obtained the Sales Prospecting certification from LinkedIn, followed by the Telling Stories with Data certification in May 2021. Additionally, they also attained The Five Thieves of Happiness (getAbstract Summary) certification from LinkedIn in May 2021.
