Thamer Aldaajani, PhD, holds a prominent position at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) as a Research Associate Professor and General Manager of the Mineral and Hydrocarbon Research Institute, while also directing the Mineral Innovation Acceleration Park (MIAP) and the joint center with Ma’aden. Aldaajani leads the Advanced Earth Surface Monitoring project in collaboration with Caltech and currently serves as a Subject Matter Expert for Confidential Government. Additional roles include Board Member of the Saudi Society of Geosciences, Geohazards Adviser for the Saudi Geological Survey, and Visiting Researcher in Geophysics at King Saud University. Educational achievements include a PhD in Geosciences from Penn State University and postdoctoral research in Geophysics at Caltech.
