Xia Cao started their work experience as a QA Engineer at Beijing Dianyou Network Co., Ltd in February 2009 and held this position until October 2011. From October 2011 to December 2012, Xia Cao worked as a QA Lead at the same company. In December 2012, they joined Kabam as a Senior QA Analyst and their employment there is ongoing.

Xia Cao attended Dalian Maritime University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a bachelor's degree in Information Management and Information Systems.
