Pauline Vamos brings substantial governance experience in board roles as a director and chair and brings ESG expertise.
Pauline is deeply experienced in broad financial services in the listed, commercial and not for profit space as a non-executive director and chair. Pauline also brings experience in ESG through her prior role as CEO of Regnan, an ASX2000 ESG specialist research and engagement company as well as her long history in fiduciary investing. Pauline has a long history on boards as well as held various senior executive and CEO roles.
Pauline is currently the Chair of Governance Institute of Australia, Interaction Disability Services Limited and Moneytech Group Ltd as well as a NED of Chief Executive Women (CEW) and Mercer Superannuation (Australia) Limited. Pauline is now a full time NED, was previously the CEO of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA -2007, -2016) as well as a senior executive with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) for 7 years.
A qualified lawyer, Pauline is a member of CEW, a graduate of the AICD and a fellow of GIA and ASFA.
