Han Lin currently serves as the Head of RF Systems at K2 Space Corporation, a position held since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Epirus, where Lin managed a team focused on antenna engineering and developed the world's highest power solid-state active phased array antenna. As a Principal Antenna Engineer, Lin invented a high-power microwave antenna optimizing loss, size, and weight, while also advancing methods for controlling RF breakdown and generated plasma. Lin's previous tenure at SpaceX included positions from Senior Antenna Engineer to RF Engineer, contributing to advanced communications for space exploration and developing techniques for RF ionization breakdown mitigation. Lin began their career as an Associate Member of Technical Staff at The Aerospace Corporation and interned at HRL Laboratories. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from UC San Diego.
