Monica Moreno is an experienced professional in client experience and educational outreach, currently serving as the Senior Client Experience Director at K12 Insight since January 2021. Prior to this role, Monica held the position of Vice President of Customer Implementation & Project Management at Illuminate Education, Inc. from July 2018 to June 2020. With a strong background in education, Monica served as the Director of Educational Outreach at SchoolCity Learning India Pvt Ltd from August 2013 to June 2018 and began a career as a Teacher in the Lennox School District, where tenure lasted from 1999 to June 2013.
