Pete Winningham leads Executive Recruiting for K1, where he is responsible for leading executive recruiting across the portfolio, which includes C-level executives, board advisors, and senior leadership roles inside of K1 portfolio companies.

Previously, Pete spent 10 years in the technology recruitment space including 3 years at Heidrick and Struggles as part of the company’s Global Software Practice. Pete received a BA in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Pete is an active member of The River Church in Palos Verdes and has been an active supporter of Child Hope International, an organization that seeks to provide orphan care in Haiti.
