Unmesh Patil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facility and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Cluster Head - Operations & Client Relations and India Program Lead - Infra Excellence at K Raheja Corp since September 2018, Unmesh oversees strategic program management for Infra Excellence projects, focusing on sustainability and operational excellence within the group's commercial properties. Prior to this role, Unmesh was the Head of FM Engineering at Tata Communications, responsible for the operations and maintenance of telecom and office facilities. At Capgemini, Unmesh held the position of Head, Mumbai Region - Infrastructure & Facilities Management, delivering technical operations and energy management solutions. Earlier career experiences include technical roles at Knight Frank India Pvt Ltd and Celetronix India Pvt. Ltd, with initial training as an Apprentice Engineer at Hindusthan Aeronautics Limited. Unmesh holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Jalgaon, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
