Peter Bak is a seasoned professional in the field of visual data science, currently serving as a Visual Data Scientist at K Health since March 2020. Peter has an extensive background in research and teaching, having held positions such as Teaching Fellow at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and Adjunct Senior Lecturer at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Prior experience includes roles at IBM Research, IBM Watson Health, and a senior researcher position at IBM, focusing on visual analytics and information visualization. Peter earned a PostDoc in Scalable Visual Analytics from the University of Konstanz and a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, complemented by a Magister der Wirtschaftsinformatik from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz.
