Theodor Mokalis has extensive experience in operations and logistics management, currently serving as Operations Manager and Team Lead at JYSK since January 2013, overseeing a multidisciplinary team of 26 and managing internal logistics and warehouse procedures for E-Commerce. Previously, Mokalis held the position of Assistant Team Lead at JYSK, focusing on the internal flow of goods, customer order processes, and personnel planning. Prior experience includes roles as Responsible Packaging at Plastic7a S.L., Store Agent and Customer Care Specialist at Sunrise UPC GmbH, and as an Apprentice at autronic ag. Mokalis holds a Federal Certificate of Capacity from Commercial School Uster and received training as an Artillery Supply Tank Driver in the Swiss Army.
