Marc Lammerschmidt is an experienced retail and customer experience leader currently serving as Head of Retail, CX & BC at JYSK since November 2021. Prior to this role, Marc held various senior positions at METRO/MAKRO Cash and Carry, including Senior Director Regional Manager Operations overseeing a team of approximately 2,000 employees and managing significant revenue inputs. Previous roles also encompassed leadership in food service distribution and store operations. Marc began professional development through a management trainee program and has a foundation in retail branding and management consulting from earlier positions at KEYLENS Management Consultants and IKEA Group. Marc holds a Diplom Betriebswirt FH in International Trade Management from the University of Applied Sciences, Worms.
