Neal Lange is a Senior Technical Writer at JWC Environmental since July 2022, with prior experience as a Technical Trainer and Technical Writer at iBASEt, where expertise in product training and manual conversion was demonstrated. Previously, Neal served as a Marketing Writer and Technical Engineer at Laserfiche, contributing to the development of training materials and software solutions. Neal began a career in the US Army as a Power Generation Equipment Repairer. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Creative Writing from the University of California, Riverside, a Bachelor of English from the University of California, Berkeley, and an Associate of Arts from Orange Coast College.
