Michael Croissy is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in stewarding and banquet operations. Currently serving as Executive Steward at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa since October 2018, Michael has played a key role in the resort's opening and brand transition, collaborating with multiple departments. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant Banquet Director at Faena Hotel Miami Beach, Executive Steward at The Boca Raton Resort and Club, and various other leadership roles at prominent establishments such as Wynn Las Vegas and Caesars Palace. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.
