Paul Mason's work experience begins in 2002 when they worked as a Contractor/Consultant for BellSouth until 2005. From 2005 to 2009, they served as the CEO of Peony Enterprises, Inc., where they conducted software validation testing and maintained network environments. In 2007, they became a Consultant for AT&T through Competent Staffing, Inc. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Integration Engineer (Contract) for TechUSA for Tandberg/Ericsson and as a Customer Support Engineer for Amino Communications. In 2010, they became the CEO of Sevres-Babylone until 2016. During this time, they also worked as a Network Engineer (Contract) for AT&T, where they led several projects and provided mentoring/training leadership. In 2016, they started working as a Systems Engineer for Atlanta before joining Juvare in 2018 as a DevOps Engineer.

Paul Mason attended RCHS from 1986 to 1990 and then went on to study at Indiana University Bloomington from 1990 to 1994.
