Mike Resto has a diverse work experience in the field of emergency management and resilience solutions. Mike worked as a Senior Product Manager at Juvare, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Director, Client Success - State & Local at Juvare from January 2019 to November 2021. Before joining Juvare, Mike worked as a Client Success Manager at the same company from January 2018 to November 2021.

Before their tenure at Juvare, Mike served as an Emergency Management Specialist II at Palm Beach County from December 2014 to December 2017. Prior to that, they worked at the Florida Division of Emergency Management, first as a Region 7 Coordinator from March 2013 to December 2014, and then as an Operations Officer from March 2012 to March 2013.

Mike's work experience also includes roles at the American Red Cross. Mike served as a Disaster Services Volunteer from June 2010 to July 2012, where they assisted in updating Red Cross plans and programs, attended emergency management meetings and conferences, coordinated outreach programs, and conducted preparedness presentations. Mike also held the position of Intern Coordinator at the American Red Cross from August 2011 to February 2012.

Mike Resto earned a Graduate Certificate in Emergency Management from Florida State University from 2007 to 2011. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from Florida State University.
