Madeline England has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Madeline is currently working at Juvare as a Client Success Manager, where they communicate with clients and coordinates with development teams to implement product customizations. Previously, they worked at the Mississippi Department of Health, where they served as Team Lead and Vaccine Site Check-in for the Covid-19 response. During their tenure, they managed a distributed team, executed software training, and designed case investigation forms. Madeline also served as the Community Health and Prevention Program Director for the Southwest Mississippi region, where they established stakeholder relationships and implemented various community health initiatives. Additionally, Madeline worked as a Health Impact Assessment (HIA) Project Manager, successfully managing a complex research project and facilitating stakeholder engagement. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Dunleith, where they led sales operations and developed marketing tools. Madeline also worked as an Analyst at The Henry L. Stimson Center, conducting evaluations and providing solutions for security and justice reform. Madeline served as a Consultant for the United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations, conducting evaluations and drafting reports. Madeline also worked as a Project Fellow at The Advocacy Project, where they developed newsletters and obtained grants for human rights issues. Finally, Madeline started their career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Small Enterprise Development Program, where they facilitated trainings and established business cooperatives for economic development.
Madeline England completed their education at two institutions. Madeline first pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Mount Holyoke College from 1998 to 2002. Later, they attended Columbia | SIPA from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of International Affairs (MIA) degree with a focus on Public Policy. In addition to their academic qualifications, Madeline England has also earned several certifications. Madeline became a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from the Scrum Alliance in December 2022. Furthermore, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the same institution in December 2022. Most recently, in February 2023, they earned the Certified Product Manager (CPM) certification from Product School.
