Septema Umna Maulida is a seasoned QA Engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance and software testing. Currently working at Jutsoo since January 2023, Septema previously held the same position at Bananas (YC W22) from March 2022 to December 2022 and served as a Quality Engineer at Alterra Indonesia from October 2018 to September 2021. In these roles, Septema created test plans, conducted API and web application testing, developed automation tests, and documented test results while tracking bugs. Earlier experience includes a PHP Programmer role at PT EDI Indonesia from June 2012 to October 2018, where application development, monitoring, and troubleshooting were key responsibilities. Septema also worked as a Technical Writer, creating user manuals and testing documentation. Septema holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Budi Luhur University, completed in 2017, and graduated from SMK Telkom Malang in June 2012.
