Richard Williams is currently working as a Customer Experience Manager at Zapp since January 2023. Prior to this, Richard held positions as a Customer Service Supervisor at The Regenerative Clinic and a Digital Media Designer at T/S Finland OÜ. Richard also has experience as a Jobcoach and Jobper at Mise en Place. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Effects from the University of West London and a Foundation degree in Graphic Design from the University of the Arts London.
