Zachary Mallory has extensive experience in operations and management roles, primarily in the fields of workers' compensation and customer success at Justworks since November 2019. Previously, Zachary was the Office Manager at Pareto Law, overseeing administrative functions. Experience also includes positions at The Clarice as part of the host crew and as Assistant to the Production Manager at the University of Maryland, where logistics and scheduling were integral responsibilities. As Production Director for the Harvard-Radcliffe Gilbert & Sullivan Players, Zachary successfully led a large team to produce sold-out shows. Earlier roles at The Boston Conservatory involved supporting student resources and facilitating orientation activities. Zachary holds a Bachelor's degree in Vocal Performance with an Opera Emphasis from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
