Yrthya D. serves as the Senior Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Warner Music Group, overseeing global initiatives since December 2023. Additionally, Yrthya is an executive board member and Chair of the Development Committee at The Public Theater since October 2020. Previously, Yrthya held the position of VP of DEI, Social Impact, and Sustainability at Justworks, where efforts focused on advancing social and environmental value from September 2021 to December 2023. Other notable roles include board membership at the Hispanic Federation and leadership at Open Society Foundations, where operational and diversity strategies were managed. With a diverse career, Yrthya has also contributed to corporate social responsibility initiatives at Time Warner Inc. and Thomson Reuters, and served as the Chief Diversity Officer for New York State, among other positions. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Policy and Economics from Dickinson College.
