Elad Tayar is an experienced Automation Tools and QA Manager currently at Justt since October 2022, previously holding the same position at Reali from March 2020 to September 2022, where a comprehensive QA department was established and full QA automation architecture was implemented. Prior to that, Elad served as Automation Tools and QA Team Leader at Reali from 2018 to 2020, building the automated quality infrastructure for the Data group. Elad's career began at RAD Data Communications, starting in 2008 as QA Team Leader and Project Manager, progressing to Automation Tools Team Leader, and finally serving as Automation and DevOps Engineer, focusing on automation development using Python and managing QA life cycles. Elad holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Holon Institute of Technology, attained from 2003 to 2006.
